Shipping
We currently ship orders within the United States using USPS and UPS. Carrier options are presented at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.
A physical address is preferred for delivery. Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a shipping method is unavailable at checkout, please contact us directly for assistance.
Because our products are soft plastic fishing lures and related tackle items, they do not fall under hazardous shipping classifications. However, certain bulk or wholesale orders may require special packaging or adjusted shipping methods. If your order qualifies, we will contact you prior to shipment with updated details.
Order Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
All orders are processed in the order they are received. During product drops, restocks, or promotional events, processing times may extend slightly due to high demand.
Please note:
Changes to an order (adding items, canceling items, combining orders, or address changes) may delay processing.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be modified.
If you need assistance with an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping Times & Transit Estimates
Shipping times shown at checkout are carrier estimates only. These represent the expected transit time after the package leaves our facility.
Transit times are not guaranteed unless you select an expedited shipping option that explicitly includes a delivery guarantee through the carrier.
Weather conditions, carrier delays, and peak seasons may impact delivery times. Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been packaged and scanned by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please check your inbox and spam folder if you do not see your tracking notification. If you believe you did not receive tracking information, contact us and we will assist you.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on:

Selected carrier and service level
We do not inflate or upcharge shipping rates. The price you see at checkout is the rate provided by the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly first.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the packaging

Photos of the damaged product
We will review and determine an appropriate resolution.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Large or wholesale orders may require additional processing time. If your order requires palletization, special packaging, or freight shipping, we will contact you with a shipping quote prior to fulfillment.
